Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is an American actress and producer best well-known for her performances in the shows she was in Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and The TV show The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies from Brown University as well as an MFA in Acting from the Tisch School of the Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis, a writer and actress working in film, theater as well as television. Her acting journey began in theater and later appeared in numerous television series and independent and mainstream film. She became famous as Miranda Shaw, a character who appeared on ABC's Quantico. On BET's epic series The Book of Negroes she appeared.
