Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A man has been charged with being an accessory following the actual murder in connection with the shooting death of Terrell Sims. Investigators from the Columbia Police Department were searching continuously for Sims after he was reported missing on Christmas Eve. They detained Taylor Wardlaw to investigate his death. The police say Eddie Brown (30), has been arrested as an accessory to the death. Sims, 26, was last seen December. 20 in Columbia on Ervin Street in Columbia. According to police, his girlfriend Wardlaw declared Sims missing on in the early morning of Dec. 22. Sims's body Sims was found Wednesday on Monticello Road. Naida Ruterford, Richland County Coroner said the body was discovered. Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook declares Wardlaw is charged with murder as well as possession of weapons during the course of a brutal incident. According to police, Sims died after being shot multiple times. In response, the Columbia Police Department released the Tweet below, asking for the community for assistance.
